As I first started doing web design projects, businesses considered their websites as an investment that was meant to last for many years.
But today’s market environments have changed. Businesses need to be able to react quickly to changing circumstances such as market disruptions or a global pandemic of COVID-19.
In this video, I introduce Lean Web Design, a mix of conventional web design, lean startup and marketing methods.
Lean Web Design requires more strategic collaborations between designers and businesses over a sequence of design sprints, rather than one-time projects. In the video, I also show the example of the venture Drivas Shuttle Kenya, which I’m working on using the method.
